Shine on Scotland is a new campaign that will aim to ensure that all pregnant women and young children can have access to free vitamin D supplements from the NHS. This follows the recent confirmation of a genetic link between vitamin D deficiency and the development of MS.
It is the idea of thirteen year old Ryan McLaughlin from Glasgow whose mum, Kirsten, has MS.

Congrats that your hair is coming back. My hair all fell out about the same time as yours and you were so inspirational to me. Funnily enough my hair has started to grow too, although it’s not due to a toy boy!

Not sure if you read these posts ?but thought id just say i think you are an amazing women. You prob dont remember me but we met a long time back in Ibiza about 1993. I think it was fair to say we had a good laugh but never got to say goodbye. i have watch you go from TIGS to the houses of Parlourment lol. I have been through the mill and back myself but just starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel so all is well. Anyway if you do read this well done and and i always knew i had met a special person all them years ago. anyway good luck to you little miss stussy hopefully thast jogs your memory xx oh i wrote you a letter all them years ago lol
